Разгледахмеидеятаотвсичкиъгли — философски, психологически, космологически. Истигнахмедозаключение, коетотрудноможешедасеоспори: провалътиуспехътнесафакти. Тесаконструкции. Етикети, залепенивърхуточкиотколело, коетоникоганеспирадасевърти. Стрелатаказва: туксвърши. Колелотоказва: тукзавива.

Следобедътбешепрактичен — иумнозамислен. Двадесетитримамладихораотчетиридържависеразделиханаекипииполучихапредизвикателство: изградетенеединбизнес, адва — инакарайтеединиядахранидругия. Неконкуренти. Неслучайнисъседи. Дваорганизма, живеещивсимбиоза — къдетопечалбата, ресурситеиклиентитенаединияставатпочвата, откояторастедругият.

Идеитебяханеочакванозрели. Аразговоритеоколотяхразкриханещоважно: когатоспрешдапиташ „щеуспеяли?", започвашдапиташ „какработитова?" — иоттамвсичкосеотваря.

Ден 3 започнасдуми. Буквално.

Изследвахмерекурсивнотомислене — способността, коятоправичовешкияезикуникален. Какезикътнесамоописвареалността, нояизгражда. КакедномалкоплемевАмазонияживееизцяловнастоящиямомент — безвчера, безутре, безабстракция — икаквониказватяхнотосъществуванезанашетособствено.

Иследтованаправихменещо, коетоникоялекциянеможедазамести.

Българскатагрупаговорешерумънски. Румънцитеговорехабългарски. Грузинцитеговорехатурски. Турцитеговорехагрузински. Инякъдевпрекраснияхаосотнесръчнифразиибурнижестовенещощракна — нещо, коетоникоялекциянебимогладапредаде.

Day 2 and 3 of Help Me to Dream — and something is shifting in the room. 🌱

Day 2 started with a question that sounds simple but isn't: what actually is failure?

We looked at the idea from every angle — philosophical, psychological, cosmological. And we arrived at a conclusion that was hard to argue with: failure and success are not facts. They are constructs. Labels stuck onto points of a wheel that never stops turning. The arrow says: this is where it ended. The wheel says: this is where it turned.

The afternoon was practical — and cleverly designed. Twenty three young people from four countries split into teams and received a challenge: build not one business but two — and make one feed the other. Not competitors. Not accidental neighbours. Two organisms living in symbiosis, where the profit, resources and customers of one become the soil from which the other grows.

The ideas were unexpectedly mature. And the conversations around them revealed something important: when you stop asking "will I succeed?" you start asking "how does this work?" — and from there, everything opens up.

Day 3 began with words. Literally.

We explored recursive thinking — the ability that makes human language unique. How language does not only describe reality but constructs it. How a small tribe in the Amazon lives entirely in the present moment — no yesterday, no tomorrow, no abstraction — and what their existence tells us about our own.

And then we did something no lecture can replace.

The Bulgarian group spoke Romanian. The Romanians spoke Bulgarian. The Georgians spoke Turkish. The Turks spoke Georgian. And somewhere in the beautiful chaos of broken phrases and wild gestures, something clicked that no lecture could have delivered.
